I really enjoyed looking at these pictures. I'm so glad that you were able to see Bud and Bonnie while they were in the states.

I know you enjoyed this visit, Kristin! Are they heading back to Papua New Guinea soon? One of the missionaries Antioch supports came to a Wednesday night service a couple of weeks ago and gave an update...he is a missionary to PNG, and he told how is in the middle of the long project of translating the KJB in the PNG language.

What a blessing it was for your whole family to meet Bud & Bonnie! Did he give you any updates on how things are going in PNG? Did he ask you when you all are going to come visit them?

They were going to the airport that day, flying back to PNG. They are both so used to PNG that I think they prefer being there over here. They wont be back for 4 years. It sounds like everything is going very good there. Candace, when I was there, I visited a mission that was run by Wycliffe Bible Society and all they did was translate the bible into as many dialects they could find. They were constantly sending male missionaries out on month long hikes to find new tribes to translate the bible into. I dont think it was the KJB. I am so glad to here they are working on a KJ translation. I am sure it will be in pidgon (sp?) which is the most widespread language spoken there.
