A fun visit

Lisa and I were freshmen college roommates...back in '96.  Then, I went to Pennsylvania to her wedding in '98.  Now, her and her husband Mike have six children...and they came to visit me and have lunch w/us today!

What a nice surprise. I remember Lisa and also the trip you took to her wedding. Where do they live now?

They still live in Pennsylvania. We had a really good time...it was fun seeing all the kids play together! :)

Looks like fun-wish we could have been there too!

Yes, that would've been great, Jo!
I'm going to be expecting a visit from you. :)

I left a big long comment, but was doing it on Fran's computer so none of it saved or worked.
Wow, I wish I had that many kids. What full load of blessings. Meradeth saw the picture of all the kids sitting together and she said,"Wow, look at that!" I said,"Yea, I know, look at all those kids!" Mera then said,"No no no, I was talking about the ice pops."

Awww, that's too bad, Kristin. Wish I could've read your lost comment.

Hi :)! Thanks so very much for a WONDERFUL visit... The kids still talk about wanting to live in TN now - they absolutely LOVED the cabin we stayed in "Way Up Yonder" (in Townsend). We had a refreshing time (Mike & I even got to go out for coffee for our anniversary on Tues.). Our visit to your house on Monday was a GREAT start to our "vacation". We were able to do the WonderWorks and Titanic field trips for school! Thanks again, so very much, for the lunch, fun and fellowship. It was great to be with you and spend some time talking about the struggles and joys of being a parent desiring to follow God's will for our lives! Take care and we'd love to see you again sometime!!!! Lisa

I'm so glad you could come, Lisa! It sounds like you guys had a great vacation. Your children are so sweet...and little Lucas is such a doll. My kids and I really enjoyed your visit, and we hope to see you all again someday!
