Marinade for Steak

Ingredients

1 cup veg oil

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

3 tbs Worcestershire sauce

1 tbs fresh ground pepper

2 tbs Dijon-style prepared mustard

1 onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine the oil, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, mustard, onion, and garlic. Mix together well, and use to marinate your favorite meat.

I marinaded our steaks overnight. You can set some of the marinade aside and use it as a dipping sauce for your finished steak. Very good!

"Cream of Garlic Soup" and "Pork Chalupas" are the other yummy dishes I have made so far this week.

I am going to try this soon. I think I will try it with a flank steak. I know you are enjoying grilling on your back patio. I would like the cream of garlic soup also. I LOVE!!!!! the taste of garlic. I hope to do my dessert tomorrow.

Garlic is sometimes called the king of herbs!! It is such a wonderful outside and internal healer. The steaks look delicious. We have been eating all over the place this week because of Kristen's graduation BBQ and different events for that so I haven't gotten a chance to cook. I will though. What cut of steak did you make, Candace?
