Allyson and I made the caramel, and the boys carved the sticks.

It's a good thing that grandmother was not there when you made these because I am on a diet and I couldn't resist those luscious looking treats. And I know that since my darlings made them they have to be especially delicious! What do the sprinkles on the outside taste like?

Those look scrumptious!! How did you know how to make those? What did you carve the sticks from? I am still thinking about those delicious egg sandwiches you made us, Allyson.

Ohhhhhh! I LOVE caramel apples. I had my first one in my life when I moved out here and I can't believe how much I was missing. -kristin

They are chocolate and sugar sprinkles.
I followed a recipe, which was Salted Caramel Apples.
I wish you guys could see and enjoy a caramel apple made at Dollywood. With the apple, caramel, chocolate, and other toppings, the treat is the size of a cantaloupe...and many different flavors to choose from.
