Sirloin roast w/au jus, scalloped taters, green been casserole, coconut cream pie, and pecan pie.
Activities consisted off BB gun target practice, playstation games, chillazin (the act of chillin and being lazy), watching old home videos, and of course eating leftovers.
A good day! :)

What a wonderful day this was for all of you. The food looks delicious,Candace. We had Mormor with us all day and had a very nice time. We all have so very much to be thankful for. 1Th 5:18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. Ps 103:1&2 Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me,bless his holy name.Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

Oh I am SO glad you had Grandmother with you!! I'm sure she had a wonderful time. Eric and I had such a great day also...did a lot of chillaxin (the act of chillin and relaxin). :)
We cooked breakfast together, then I made our Thanksgiving lunch/dinner, then we ate dessert, then we took a nap, then we went to his grandmothers and spent some time over there and ate some more, then we went home and chillaxed some more and ate some more! It was a great day! :)

Kevin and I had a great Thanksgiving. We woke up kind of later than usual. Kevin fixed egg and tortilla for breakfast. Kevin cleaned up outside and messed around with his plants (one of his favorite things to do) I cleaned the house up. We drank tea and munched until 1 pm. Kevin bbq a pork roast. Then we hooked up the bike stroller and went for a long bike ride. We got home and I fixed mashed potatoes, rice and garlic bread. Kristen and her boyfriend, Isaiah, came over and from 3 until 9:30 pm we ate, laughed, played games, watched Toy Story 3 and talked. Grammie came over too which is always a wonderful bonus to any day. Isaiah's parents gave me this absolutely beautiful bouquet of flowers. We had a great day.

Caleb ate with us. He came over around 3:30 and we took him home around 6 and then took mormor home after that and put her to bed.He called me this morning and told me that he ate turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy for breakfast. I sent home w/him all of the dark meat, left over mashed potatoes and some gravy, the apple pie and ice cream. We don't need to eat all of that stuff. Too fattening.

Caleb called Grandmother here yesterday to wish her a Happy Thanksgiving...he was surprised to find her at our house!
Wish I could see some pictures of your meal, Mama.
Sounds like Katie and Eric ate all day long! haha But after reading about everyone's day, I think that's what we ALL did! :)

Well, Kristin said I should share our Thanksgiving Day so here it is:
We went to Ken's son's home and also saw his other son there. Took their mom with us as she lives just a few houses away from us. I want to say that it was a wonderful day but it is not like other Thanksgivings I have gone to. But the most important thing I have to remember is that God was there and will always be there and I humble myself and ask forgiveness for not being the person I should have been. Have a challenge with the family and ask for prayers and help to know what to do. Thanks for letting me in on your blog. God is good all the time.
