Our free cruise home from Williamsburg

Mama sitting in the car riding the ferry home.
Sunset on the ferry...we had a front row seat for this gorgeous view!
Grandaddy enjoying the ride home on the ferry.

We had such a wonderful trip. We went here and there in Williamsburg and then had our sunset cruise home. The trip on the ferry takes about 20 minutes and goes across the James River. On the Williamsburg side we land in Jamestown, the site of the first English settlement in 1607. The trip is also free (well not exactly free, our tax dollars pay for it).

Well aren't you two just the cutest things ever!! If I didn't know any better I'd agree with Candace and say you look like newlyweds. That's so sweet...I LOVE IT!

Hey, this is great. Now I know why ya'll hardly ever put up pictures. Because when you do, it makes them super special. I have been on this ferry ride quite a few times.
I know this will make everyone laugh so I will say it. I have actually been on this ferry ride with three different former boyfriends...LOL
