It was in the 90's today with high humidity...so we grabbed our floats and sunscreen and headed to the lake.
Then on the way home, Kaleb offered to treat us to ice cream w/his birthday money from Uncle Caleb. Yum! It tasted so refreshingly cool after our hot afternoon!
We missed our wonderful sweet Daddy who works so hard for us. :)

Now that looks like a fun day. And how sweet of Kaleb to treat everyone to ice cream. But Travis's hat takes the prize for goofyness. Daddy cracks up everytime he looks at him.
You still have the shark float?!?! And I don't know how you always look so pretty and put together in every single picture I ever see of you, Candace!! You even look fashionable sunning at the lake...how do you do it? Is it just my imagination or do I recognize that skirt?
Allyson, you look like a professional swimmer out there in the deep water! Kaleb looks like a little adorable munchkin as always and Travis...that hat!! HA HA HA HA HA!!! I just wanna nibble on his cheeks every time I see him!
Yep, still have Bruce(the float)! A very good investment...I don't think I've ever had a float that's lasted as long. :)
I rescued that skirt out of one of ur throw away clothes piles...back when you rented the house. It's a great cool summer skirt!
Yeah, I know, I can't get enough of seeing Travis in that goofy hat either! LOL!
Thats the only thing about California where we live is that it is rarely really really warm where we can go to a lake and the water is warm enough to swim. It usually always gets cool/cold at night even in the summer. Poor Kevin had to miss all that fun in the sun... Love seeing the pictures because I feel as if I can share in the fun...
