Kaleb combined two birthday gifts and bought a new bigger bike for himself. He used the Toys-R-Us gift card that Uncle Brandon and Aunt Annie gave him and money that Uncle Caleb sent him...adding both gifts together, it was enough for a bike!

Today's temp was in the low 90's. So we cooled off in a swimming hole at one of the many state parks on Norris Lake.

Me and My Friend

Jo and Ryan arrived here Friday evening. Saturday, we went to Ijams Nature Center and had a great time walking the trails...and then came home and played around the house.
Allyson was just crazy about Jo's little Volkswagon Beetle. Can you see Allyson driving a little VW Beetle one day? Haha! :) Allyson got to ride this morning to church in "The Bug" w/Jo and Ryan...she liked that! I had such a great time w/my sweet friend...thank you for visiting, Jo. Come again anytime!

Last night was our church's monthly Daughters of Virtue meeting. Our craft project was to make a fruit bouquet...Allyson, Erika(Jack and Kathy's daughter), and I made this one together. We had a fun evening! Although it was a "girls only" night, Kaleb and Travis had to come along...they had the nursery for the evening all to themselves. :)
