It took Travis a while to assure himself in the water; however, once he did there was no stopping him. He was out floating on his stomach, calling, "Look, Mama!" before we left. Allyson practiced her swimming techniques...and Kaleb never stopped running and splashing in and out of the water.
Recognize this float, Katie and Eric. You should Eric...I think you were the one who blew it up and then deflated it so Allyson could take it home w/her on the plane. They played w/Bruce, that's what Kaleb named the shark, til sunset.
We had alot of fun! Travis really took to the water here better then the water park...I think because it was so much calmer. I'm sure we will go again before the summer is out and bring a picnic next time. On the drive out of the park a family of deer leaped across the road...and then stared at us from the edge of the woods as we drove slowly by.

These are so cute. I feel like I was there because I remember back on how Kaleb and Ally played and laughed and ran and screamed at the lake at FL.This is so nice that you have this lake here. Its so funny that I live in such a beautiful place here with so many lakes and you cant swim in any of them. They are either too dirty or they are banned to swim in because they are still clean and the environmentalists have banned any people from swimming in them. You guys would not believe the number of nature places around here that we cannot go to because there are either birds, frogs, fish or some other kind of animal that uses it for a sanctuary.
I am so glad that travis likes the water. I am hoping that meradeth gets a chance to spread her fins here soon. It is usually to windy to go to the pools here. Even in the summertime.
What a gorgoues place!! I thought you said you didn't have anywhere good to go swimming? This place looks fantastic! The kids, of course, are as cute and darling as ever.
Is this where you took daddy and I when we came? What a perfect place for the kids to play.Travis's hat is so cute and Bruce looks like alot of fun.
