**UPDATE**-----The Reef-----**UPDATE**

Ok, so it's Saturday and we did not end up going. I called to see if I needed to make reservations and the girl told me that you did not but that there was a big surfing competition going on and that they were so packed that you would be lucky to ever get a table. So we decided we did not want to use the gift certificate on a day like that. So we are going to try again for next weekend.

Heavy winds

At least 8 people were killed in Iowa and MN. from storms which swept across here late last night. We had scary gusts that we listened to while in the basement. This swing used to be down level w/the trees(about 12 feet). If you notice there is also a laying hen running loose that must have been blown over the fence last night. I'm thankful to the Lord nothing else worse happened to us.

Anyone craving fried chicken?

This is what happened to our little baby chickens in 4 weeks. They will be taking what we call "the wagon ride" in 2 weeks. If anyone wants to come and help dress'm, they are more then welcome! :) Any takers?

Thank you everyone for the beautiful card and the restaurant gift card!!! We cannot wait to use them. I will post pictures of our dinners out when we go.

Vacation is Over

These are the sad faces that we are making now because all of our sweet family is gone and it is very, very quiet and lonely around here. We cannot even begin to say what a wonderful time it was with everyone here. It has been the most fun vacation ever and we wish it never had to end. We love everyone more than words can say and want everyone to come back again soon!

Kaleb is feeding Duke, who lives at the Jacksonville Zoo. Duke's tongue is almost 2 feet long! The next pic I'll post will be an almost 500 pound ape.

This is just ONE of the many pictures that I took at Disney. The kids were just amazed the entire time they were at Magic Kingdom! We had SO much fun! Now we are recuperating for a week at Aunt Katie's house in Jacksonville. :)

Allyson's riddle

Yesterday, I gave Travis a haircut. Then today Allyson brought me her journal and asked me to read what she had just written. It read as follows:

My Little Chick

My little chick likes to suck his thumb. My little chick likes to make a mess. My little chick likes to eat stuff off the ground. My little chick likes to scream. My little chick likes to drink all the time. My little chick poops his diapers. Can you guess who my little chick is?

Mera decides to take a walk

I think this picture is so funny. She looks so grown up in this picture. If you look closely at her lips you will see what she does ALL the time. She touches her lips together and has spit on them and then spreads them apart to make a bubble between her lips.
